Information collected
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to process and deliver it, such as your name, email, billing and shipping addresses, contact number if provided, items ordered and payment status. When you contact us, we receive the details you include in your message. Please do not email card numbers or other sensitive payment details.
The website and its service providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, session identifiers and activity needed to operate the site, maintain security and troubleshoot errors. Cookies and similar browser storage support shopping-cart sessions, preferences and features such as product comparisons or wishlists.
How information is used
We use this information to take payment, fulfill and deliver orders, provide order updates and support, handle refunds and disputes, protect the store from fraud, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and payments
The store runs on WordPress and WooCommerce. Payments are processed through WooPayments and its payment partners, including Stripe. Payment details are submitted to the payment processor; the store receives payment confirmations and transaction information needed to manage orders and refunds.
Order details needed for fulfillment are shared with Printify, the relevant print provider and shipping carriers. Website hosting, email and technical service providers process information needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to respond to a lawful request.
Some providers process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information handled in another country may be subject to that country’s laws and lawful access by its authorities.
Embedded media and outside websites
This website includes YouTube media and links to other services. Loading embedded content or following an external link may allow that service to collect information under its own privacy policy. Browser cookie settings can limit cookies, although blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the shop from working.
Keeping and protecting information
Order records are retained for fulfillment, customer service, accounting, disputes and legal obligations. The store does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion schedule to order records. Retention and deletion requests are reviewed according to those purposes and any legal requirements. Backup copies and records held independently by payment or fulfillment providers may have different retention periods.
Access to customer information is limited to people and service providers who need it for these purposes. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us to ask about the personal information we hold, request access or correction, ask for deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information must be retained to complete an order, resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation; we will explain any relevant limits.
